By using the scheduling service at https://schedule.meredithlawoffice.com (the "Service") you agree to these terms. The Service is provided by Meredith Law Office, PC (the "Firm").

What the Service is

The Service lets clients of the Firm, people they refer, and professionals named in a release choose a time to speak with the Firm, and lets clients complete release-of-information forms. It is a scheduling tool. Using it does not create an attorney-client relationship with the Firm, and nothing on it is legal advice.

Private links

Access is by a private link sent to you. Keep it to yourself; anyone with the link can open the page. If you receive a link you were not expecting, do not use it and contact us.

Appointments

Times shown are in Mountain Time. Some requests (evenings, Saturdays, in-person meetings) are confirmed only after the Firm approves them. To cancel or change a confirmed appointment, reply to your confirmation email or call (801) 874-4983.

Text messages

If you agree to receive texts, the terms of that program are in our SMS Program Disclosure, which forms part of these terms. In short: scheduling invitations, confirmations and reminders only; message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Accuracy of information

Clients who refer another person confirm that they have told that person the Firm will contact them and that the person agreed. If you enter someone else's contact details, you are responsible for having their permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to submit false information, to access pages not intended for you, or to interfere with its operation.

Availability and liability

The Service is provided as is. The Firm may change or suspend it at any time. To the extent permitted by law, the Firm is not liable for loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service, including a missed or mis-recorded appointment; please confirm important appointments directly with our office.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
