What we send

Texts from Meredith Law Office, PC are limited to:

one invitation to choose a time for a phone call with the Firm, when a client of the Firm has listed you as someone who can speak about their case;
confirmation of an appointment you booked;
reminders of that appointment.

We do not send marketing or promotional texts. Message frequency varies and is typically 1–3 messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply.

How consent is obtained

Consent is collected in two steps, and each step is recorded with the date, time, and the exact wording agreed to.

Step 1 — the client who refers you

A client of the Firm enters your name and contact details on their private page and cannot save them without ticking this box:

I have told this person that Meredith Law Office will contact them about my case, and they agreed to be contacted at the email or phone number I entered. I understand they can decline or stop messages at any time.

Step 2 — you, before any text beyond the invitation

When you open your scheduling link and your preferred contact method is text, you are shown your number and this box. Confirmations and reminders are sent by text only if you tick it; otherwise they are sent by email.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message and you will receive no further texts from this number. You will get one confirmation text of your opt-out. Opt-outs are honored permanently; if you later want texts again, contact our office.
